Cursillo
Cursillo is a spiritual movement within the Catholic Church that aims to deepen the faith of individuals and encourage them to live out their beliefs in everyday life. It originated in Spain in the 1940s and has since spread to many countries. The program typically includes a three-day retreat, where participants engage in talks, discussions, and prayer.
The Cursillo method emphasizes the importance of community and personal relationships in faith development. Participants are encouraged to form small groups, known as Ultreya, to support one another in their spiritual journeys and to share their experiences with others in their communities.
