Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art
The Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is located in Bentonville, Arkansas, and was founded by Alice Walton, the daughter of Walmart founder Sam Walton. Opened in 2011, the museum features a diverse collection of American art from the colonial era to contemporary works, showcasing pieces by renowned artists such as Georgia O'Keeffe and Andy Warhol.
The museum is set in a stunning natural landscape, designed by architect Moshe Safdie. In addition to its art collections, Crystal Bridges offers educational programs, walking trails, and outdoor sculptures, making it a cultural hub for both locals and visitors.
