Crowdy Head Lighthouse
Crowdy Head Lighthouse is located on the New South Wales coast of Australia, near the small village of Crowdy Head. Built in 1878, it stands 22 meters tall and is made of brick and mortar. The lighthouse was constructed to guide ships safely along the coastline and is still operational today.
The surrounding area features beautiful coastal scenery, including beaches and walking trails. Visitors can explore the nearby Crowdy Bay National Park, which offers opportunities for birdwatching and picnicking. The lighthouse is a popular spot for photography, especially during sunrise and sunset.
