Conrad IV of Germany
Conrad IV of Germany was born in 1228 and became the King of Germany in 1250. He was the son of Frederick II, the Holy Roman Emperor, and Isabella of England. Conrad's reign was marked by political instability and conflict, particularly with the Papal States and rival factions within the German nobility.
Conrad IV was also the King of Sicily from 1250 until his death in 1254. His rule in Sicily was challenged by local nobles and external threats, leading to a turbulent period. He died young at the age of 26, leaving behind a legacy of struggle for power in the Holy Roman Empire.
