Concepción Volcano
Concepción Volcano is an active stratovolcano located on Ometepe Island in Lake Nicaragua. It stands at approximately 1,610 meters (5,280 feet) and is one of the tallest volcanoes in Nicaragua. The volcano is known for its symmetrical cone shape and frequent eruptions, with the last significant activity occurring in 2010.
