Concentrated Juices
Concentrated juices are liquids extracted from fruits or vegetables that have had most of their water content removed. This process intensifies the flavor and makes it easier to store and transport. Common examples include orange juice and apple juice, which can be found in both concentrated and non-concentrated forms.
To create concentrated juice, the liquid is typically heated to evaporate water, resulting in a thicker consistency. When ready to consume, water is often added back to restore the original flavor and texture. Concentrated juices are popular in many products, including smoothies and cocktails.
