Command Economy
A command economy is an economic system where the government makes all decisions about the production and distribution of goods and services. In this system, the state controls resources and determines what to produce, how much to produce, and at what price. This approach aims to achieve specific social or economic goals, such as equality or rapid industrialization.
In a command economy, there is little to no competition, as private businesses are often limited or nonexistent. Countries like the former Soviet Union and North Korea have implemented command economies, focusing on central planning to manage economic activities and allocate resources efficiently.
