Combined Driving
Combined Driving is an equestrian sport that tests the skills of horse and driver in three distinct phases: dressage, cross-country, and obstacle driving. Each phase evaluates different aspects of the horse's training and the driver's ability to control and guide the horse effectively.
In the dressage phase, competitors perform a series of predetermined movements to showcase the horse's training and responsiveness. The cross-country phase involves navigating a course of natural obstacles, while the final phase, obstacle driving, requires precision in maneuvering through a series of cones. Together, these phases create a comprehensive assessment of the horse and driver's teamwork and skill.
