Columbine High School
Columbine High School is a public high school located in Littleton, Colorado. It was established in 1973 and serves students in grades 9 through 12. The school is part of the Jefferson County Public Schools district and has a diverse student body, offering various academic and extracurricular programs.
On April 20, 1999, Columbine High School became the site of a tragic school shooting, where two students carried out an attack that resulted in the deaths of 13 people and injuries to many others. This event led to significant changes in school safety policies and discussions about gun control in the United States.
