Colonne de Juillet
The Colonne de Juillet is a monument located in the Place de la Bastille in Paris, France. It was built to commemorate the July Revolution of 1830, which led to the overthrow of King Charles X. The column stands 50 meters tall and is topped by a golden statue known as the Génie de la Liberté, symbolizing liberty.
