Clique
A "clique" is a small, exclusive group of individuals who share common interests, values, or social status. Members often interact closely and may exclude others from their group. Cliques can form in various settings, such as schools, workplaces, or social circles, and are often characterized by strong bonds among members.
Cliques can have both positive and negative effects. On one hand, they provide a sense of belonging and support for members. On the other hand, they can lead to social isolation for those outside the group and may foster negative behaviors, such as bullying or peer pressure, particularly among adolescents in schools.
