Clamp Meters
A clamp meter is a type of electrical measuring instrument used to measure the current flowing through a conductor without needing to disconnect it. It features a hinged jaw that can be clamped around a wire, allowing for quick and safe measurements of alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC).
In addition to current measurement, many clamp meters also offer functions to measure voltage, resistance, and continuity. They are commonly used by electricians and technicians for troubleshooting electrical systems, making them a versatile tool in both residential and industrial settings.
