Cidery
A cidery is a facility where cider, an alcoholic beverage made from fermented apple juice, is produced. Cideries often grow their own apples or source them from local orchards. The process involves crushing apples, fermenting the juice, and aging it to develop flavors.
Many cideries also offer tastings and tours, allowing visitors to learn about the cider-making process. Some cideries produce a variety of styles, including dry, sweet, and sparkling ciders. They may also experiment with different apple varieties and additional ingredients, such as spices or other fruits, to create unique flavors.
