Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada
The Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) is the national organization representing over 200,000 professional accountants in Canada. It was formed in 2013 through the merger of three legacy accounting bodies: Chartered Accountants, Certified General Accountants, and Certified Management Accountants. CPA Canada sets the standards for accounting education, certification, and professional conduct in the country.
CPA Canada also provides resources, support, and advocacy for its members. It promotes the value of the accounting profession to businesses and the public, ensuring that CPAs are recognized for their expertise in financial management, auditing, and taxation.
