Charlotte Coliseum
Charlotte Coliseum was a multi-purpose arena located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Opened in 1993, it served as the home for the Charlotte Hornets basketball team and hosted various events, including concerts and conventions. The coliseum had a seating capacity of around 23,000 for basketball games and was known for its unique design.
In 2005, the Charlotte Coliseum was closed and later demolished in 2007. The site has since been redeveloped, but the arena played a significant role in the city's sports and entertainment history during its operation.
