Charles Sackville, 2nd Earl De La Warr
Charles Sackville, 2nd Earl De La Warr (c. 1680–1766) was an English nobleman and politician. He succeeded his father, the 1st Earl De La Warr, and held the title from 1705 until his death. He was known for his involvement in the House of Lords and his contributions to the political landscape of his time.
In addition to his political career, the 2nd Earl De La Warr was also a patron of the arts and a member of the Whig party. He played a significant role in the development of England during the early 18th century, influencing various cultural and social initiatives.
