Charles MacArthur
Charles MacArthur was an American playwright and screenwriter, born on November 5, 1895, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He is best known for his collaborations with other writers, particularly his partnership with Ben Hecht. Together, they created several successful plays and films, including the famous play The Front Page.
