Chaka Fattah
Chaka Fattah is an American politician who served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1995 to 2016. He represented Pennsylvania's 2nd congressional district, which includes parts of Philadelphia. Fattah was known for his work on education, economic development, and urban issues.
Before his time in Congress, Fattah was a member of the Pennsylvania State House and the Philadelphia City Council.
