Chairlifts
A chairlift is a type of aerial lift used primarily in ski resorts to transport skiers and snowboarders up a mountain. It consists of a series of chairs attached to a cable that moves continuously between two terminals. Chairlifts provide a convenient way for visitors to access slopes without the need for strenuous hiking.
In addition to skiing, chairlifts can also be used in summer for activities like mountain biking and sightseeing. They are often found in areas with steep terrain, making them an efficient means of transportation in places like the Rocky Mountains or the Alps.
