Cerne Abbas
The Cerne Abbas Giant is a large chalk hill figure located near the village of Cerne Abbas in Dorset, England. Measuring about 55 meters (180 feet) in length, it depicts a naked man wielding a club and is believed to date back to the late 17th century, although some theories suggest it may be older.
The figure is carved into the hillside, with its outline made from exposed chalk. It is a popular tourist attraction and is maintained by the National Trust. The origins and purpose of the giant remain uncertain, leading to various interpretations and folklore surrounding the site.
