Catholic Bishops' Conference of Korea
The Catholic Bishops' Conference of Korea (CBCK) is the national assembly of bishops in South Korea. Established in 1966, it serves as a platform for collaboration among the bishops to address pastoral issues, promote the teachings of the Catholic Church, and engage in social justice initiatives.
The CBCK also plays a significant role in fostering communication between the Catholic Church and the government, as well as other religious organizations. It organizes various activities, including conferences, educational programs, and charitable works, to strengthen the faith and community among Catholics in Korea.
