Catherine Marshall
Catherine Marshall was an American author and the wife of Peter Marshall, a prominent Presbyterian minister and former Chaplain of the U.S. Senate. Born on June 27, 1914, she is best known for her inspirational novels and biographies, particularly her book, A Man Called Peter, which chronicles her husband's life and faith.
In addition to her writing, Catherine was a devoted speaker and advocate for Christian values. She contributed to various magazines and wrote several other books, including Christy, which became a popular novel and was later adapted into a television series. Catherine Marshall passed away on March 18, 1983.
