Casting Process
The casting process is a method used in manufacturing to create objects by pouring liquid material into a mold. This process begins with designing a mold that shapes the final product. Once the mold is ready, molten material, such as metal or plastic, is poured into it and allowed to cool and solidify, taking the shape of the mold.
After the material has hardened, the mold is removed, revealing the cast object. The casting process is widely used in various industries, including automotive and aerospace, due to its ability to produce complex shapes and large quantities efficiently.
