Carlos Salzedo
Carlos Salzedo was a prominent harpist and composer, born on April 6, 1885, in Barcelona, Spain. He is best known for his innovative techniques and contributions to harp music, which helped elevate the instrument's status in classical music. Salzedo studied at the Paris Conservatory and later became a key figure in the development of modern harp performance.
