Carl Radle
Carl Radle was an American bassist, best known for his work with the rock band Derek and the Dominos. Born on June 16, 1942, in Oklahoma City, he became a prominent figure in the music scene during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Radle's bass playing was characterized by its melodic style, contributing significantly to the band's sound.
In addition to his work with Derek and the Dominos, Radle collaborated with various artists, including Eric Clapton and Joe Cocker. His contributions to music were influential, but his life was cut short when he passed away on May 30, 1980, due to complications from drug use.
