Cablevision
Cablevision was a telecommunications company based in the United States, primarily known for providing cable television services. Founded in 1973, it grew to become one of the largest cable operators in the country, serving millions of customers in the New York metropolitan area. The company offered a variety of channels, high-speed internet, and phone services.
In 2016, Cablevision was acquired by Altice USA, a subsidiary of the global telecommunications company Altice. Following the acquisition, Cablevision's brand was gradually phased out, and its services were integrated into Altice's offerings, continuing to serve the same customer base under a new name.
