CD drives
A CD drive is a device that reads and writes data on compact discs, commonly known as CDs. These discs can store music, software, and other types of data. CD drives are often found in computers, laptops, and standalone players, allowing users to access the content stored on the discs.
There are two main types of CD drives: CD-ROM drives, which can only read data, and CD-RW drives, which can both read and write data. While CD drives have become less common with the rise of digital downloads and streaming services, they are still used for specific applications and to access physical media.
