C ring
The "C ring" refers to a specific part of the Saturn system, particularly its ring structure. It is one of the outer rings of Saturn, located between the B ring and the D ring. The C ring is less dense than the B ring and is composed mainly of ice particles and small rocky debris.
The C ring is notable for its relatively faint appearance and is about 4,800 kilometers wide. It is also characterized by its lack of prominent features, such as gaps or divisions, which are more common in other rings. This makes the C ring less visually striking compared to its neighboring rings.
