The Bush Administration refers to the presidency of George W. Bush, who served from January 20, 2001, to January 20, 2009. He was the 43rd president of the United States and is a member of the Republican Party. His administration is known for significant events such as the response to the September 11 attacks in 2001 and the subsequent wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
