Bujinkan
Bujinkan is a Japanese martial arts organization founded by Masaaki Hatsumi in the 1980s. It combines various traditional schools of ninjutsu and other martial arts, emphasizing self-defense, strategy, and physical fitness. The training includes techniques for unarmed combat, weapon use, and situational awareness.
The Bujinkan system is based on nine different schools, each with its own unique techniques and philosophies. Practitioners, known as Bujinkan members, learn to adapt their skills to various situations, promoting a holistic approach to martial arts that includes mental and spiritual development alongside physical training.
