Building Panels
Building panels are prefabricated sections used in construction to create walls, roofs, and floors. They are typically made from materials like wood, metal, or concrete and are designed to be lightweight yet strong. These panels can be manufactured off-site and then transported to the construction site, which helps speed up the building process and reduce labor costs.
There are various types of building panels, including structural insulated panels (SIPs) and precast concrete panels. SIPs consist of a layer of insulation sandwiched between two structural boards, providing excellent thermal performance. Precast concrete panels are cast in a controlled environment and can be quickly assembled on-site, offering durability and design flexibility.
