Break Key
The "Break Key," often labeled as "Pause/Break" on keyboards, is a key that serves multiple functions depending on the context. In computing, it can interrupt a process or command, allowing users to halt operations in software applications. It is less commonly used today but can still be found on many standard keyboards.
In some programming environments, the Break Key can be used to stop a running script or program. Additionally, it has historical significance in older computing systems, where it was used to pause the output on screen or to control certain hardware functions.
