Brahmananda
Brahmananda is a term in Hindu philosophy that refers to the blissful state of realization of the ultimate reality, known as Brahman. It signifies the profound joy and peace experienced when one recognizes their unity with Brahman, the universal consciousness that underlies all existence. This state is often sought through spiritual practices such as meditation and self-inquiry.
In various spiritual traditions, particularly within Advaita Vedanta, Brahmananda is considered the highest form of happiness, transcending ordinary pleasures. It represents the culmination of spiritual growth, where the individual self, or Atman, merges with Brahman, leading to liberation, or moksha.
