Brachioradialis
The Brachioradialis is a muscle located in the forearm. It plays a key role in flexing the elbow, especially when the forearm is in a neutral position, such as when holding a drink. This muscle originates from the upper arm bone, or humerus, and extends down to the radius, one of the two bones in the forearm.
This muscle is particularly important for activities that involve lifting or pulling. It is often engaged during exercises like bicep curls and pull-ups. Strengthening the Brachioradialis can improve overall arm strength and enhance performance in various physical activities.
