Boris Volynov
Boris Volynov is a retired Soviet cosmonaut known for his significant contributions to space exploration. Born on April 18, 1934, in Stalingrad, he became a pilot and later joined the Soviet space program. Volynov flew on two space missions, including the Soyuz 5 in 1969, where he made history as the first person to perform a space rendezvous.
