Body Responses
Body responses refer to the physiological changes that occur in the body in reaction to various stimuli, such as stress, temperature, or injury. These responses are part of the body's way of maintaining homeostasis, or balance. For example, when faced with danger, the body may trigger the fight-or-flight response, releasing hormones like adrenaline to prepare for quick action.
Another common body response is the immune response, which occurs when the body detects harmful pathogens like bacteria or viruses. The immune system activates various cells and chemicals to fight off these invaders, helping to protect the body from illness and infection.
