Bobby Jindal
Bobby Jindal is an American politician who served as the Governor of Louisiana from 2008 to 2016. He was the first Indian-American governor in the United States and is a member of the Republican Party. Jindal was born on June 10, 1971, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and he earned a degree from Brown University and a medical degree from Louisiana State University.
Before becoming governor, Jindal held various political positions, including serving as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 2005 to 2008. During his tenure as governor, he focused on issues such as education reform, healthcare, and economic development in Louisiana.
