Blind Rivets
Blind rivets are fasteners used to join two or more materials together, typically in situations where access to one side of the materials is limited. They consist of a smooth cylindrical body and a mandrel, which is a pin that is pulled to expand the rivet and secure it in place. Once installed, the mandrel breaks off, leaving a strong, permanent connection.
These rivets are commonly made from materials like aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, making them suitable for various applications, including automotive, aerospace, and construction. Their ease of use and ability to create strong joints without needing access to both sides make blind rivets a popular choice in many industries.
