Institutions are increasingly recognizing the importance of supporting Black women through mentorship programs, scholarships, and initiatives aimed at fostering inclusivity. Organizations like Sister Circle and Black Women in Higher Education Network work to empower these students, providing resources and community to help them succeed academically and professionally.
