Homonym: Black Jack (Gambling)
Black Jack is a popular card game played in casinos and homes around the world. The objective is to beat the dealer by having a hand value closer to 21 without exceeding it. Players are dealt two cards, and they can choose to "hit" for additional cards or "stand" to keep their current hand. Face cards are worth 10, and aces can be worth either 1 or 11.
The game typically uses one or more standard decks of 52 cards. Players place bets before the cards are dealt, and the dealer also receives two cards, usually one face up and one face down. If a player gets an ace and a 10-value card as their first two cards, it is called a Black Jack, which usually pays out at a higher rate.
