Bishop Kevin J. Farrell
Bishop Kevin J. Farrell is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He was born on June 2, 1947, in Dublin, Ireland. He was ordained a priest in 1978 and later became the first bishop of the Diocese of Dallas in 2016. Before his appointment as bishop, he served as the auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Washington.
In addition to his pastoral duties, Bishop Farrell has held various leadership roles within the Church, including serving as the prefect of the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life at the Vatican. He is known for his commitment to family and youth ministries, emphasizing the importance of community and faith in everyday life.
