Binghamton Mets
The Binghamton Mets were a Minor League Baseball team based in Binghamton, New York. They were established in 1992 and served as the Double-A affiliate of the New York Mets. The team played its home games at NYSEG Stadium, which has a seating capacity of around 6,000 fans.
In 2016, the Binghamton Mets were rebranded as the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. This change was part of a broader effort to refresh the team's identity and engage the local community. The Rumble Ponies continue to compete in the Eastern League, providing entertainment and promoting baseball in the region.
