Bill Buckner
Bill Buckner was a professional baseball player known for his time as a first baseman in Major League Baseball (MLB). He played for several teams, including the Chicago Cubs, Boston Red Sox, and Los Angeles Dodgers, over a career that spanned 22 seasons from 1969 to 1990. Buckner was recognized for his hitting ability, accumulating over 2,700 hits and earning an All-Star selection in 1981.
