Bidding Processes
Bidding processes are methods used to solicit offers from potential buyers or contractors for goods, services, or projects. Typically, organizations or individuals outline their requirements in a document called a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation to Bid (ITB). Interested parties then submit their bids, detailing how they plan to meet the requirements and at what cost.
Once bids are received, the organization evaluates them based on criteria such as price, quality, and experience. The goal is to select the most suitable bid that offers the best value. After evaluation, the winning bidder is awarded the contract to proceed with the project or deliver the goods.
