Bert Lahr
Bert Lahr was an American actor and comedian, best known for his role as the Cowardly Lion in the classic film The Wizard of Oz (1939). Born on August 13, 1895, in New York City, he began his career in vaudeville and later transitioned to Broadway, where he gained popularity for his comedic performances.
