Bermuda Parliament
The Bermuda Parliament is the legislative body of Bermuda, a British Overseas Territory in the North Atlantic Ocean. It consists of two houses: the House of Assembly and the Senate. The House of Assembly has 36 members elected by the public, while the Senate has 11 appointed members.
The Parliament meets at the Sessions House in Hamilton, the capital of Bermuda. Its primary responsibilities include making laws, approving budgets, and representing the interests of the people. The Premier leads the government, while the Governor represents the British monarch and oversees certain areas, such as defense and foreign affairs.
