Benzinmotoren
Benzinmotoren, or gasoline engines, are internal combustion engines that use gasoline as fuel. They work by igniting a mixture of air and gasoline in a cylinder, which creates a small explosion that pushes a piston. This movement ultimately powers the vehicle or machinery connected to the engine.
These engines are commonly found in cars, motorcycles, and small equipment. They are known for their relatively high power-to-weight ratio and quick acceleration. However, they also produce emissions, which has led to increased interest in alternative energy sources and more efficient technologies, such as Elektromotoren and Hybridfahrzeuge.
