Battle of Ringgold
The Battle of Ringgold took place on November 27, 1863, during the American Civil War. It was part of the larger campaign known as the Chattanooga Campaign. Union forces, led by General Joseph Hooker, engaged Confederate troops under General Patrick Cleburne near Ringgold, Georgia.
