Battle of Khaybar
The Battle of Khaybar took place in 629 CE between the early Muslim community led by Prophet Muhammad and the Jewish tribes residing in the oasis of Khaybar, located in present-day Saudi Arabia. The battle was primarily a response to the perceived threats posed by these tribes, who had previously allied with the Quraysh against the Muslims.
The conflict resulted in a decisive victory for the Muslims, leading to the capture of several forts and the establishment of Muslim control over the region. Following the battle, the Jewish inhabitants were allowed to remain in Khaybar under a treaty, paying a portion of their agricultural produce to the Muslim community.
