Battle Of Khaybar
The Battle of Khaybar took place in 629 CE between the early Muslim community led by Prophet Muhammad and the Jewish tribes residing in the oasis of Khaybar. The battle was primarily a response to the perceived threats posed by these tribes, who had previously allied with the enemies of the Muslims. The Muslims aimed to secure their position and ensure safety for their community.
The conflict resulted in a decisive victory for the Muslims, leading to the capture of several forts in Khaybar. Following the battle, the Jewish tribes were allowed to remain in the area under a treaty, which permitted them to continue farming the land while paying a portion of their produce to the Muslims. This agreement marked a significant moment in the early Islamic expansion.
